About the event
Start the evening with buses departing from Seafarers' Uni Bar at 5pm for a 6pm start at the Grand Chancellor.
Followed by a two course meal, drinks package and live music at the AMCSA's pinnacle event. The annual Nautical Ball is a staple in every students calendar and you'll be sad if you miss it. So grab your best formal attire and set an alarm for 21st July 2023 when tickets go on sale! Seating arrangements will be organised closer to the big date!
If you wish to organise you own table group, please make sure all tickets name the same 'table master'. Note: there is a maximum of 10 people per table. If you do not name a 'table master' you will be randomly allocated.
Dietary Requirements can be catered to so don’t stress everyone will get fed.
You must buy a drinks ticket if you intend on drinking alcohol on the night (soft drink is complementary). Security will be present and checking wrist bands. Anyone who attempts to buy a members ticket without a valid AMCSA membership will be refused entry and not refunded their ticket.
Refunds and change of names are avaliable until the 14th August 2023, please email amc.sa@utas.edu.au to organise this.
